Take Tierrasanta Blvd west to I-15 south, exit at Friars Rd east, and stay on Friars until it meets Mission Gorge Rd. We're just to the left in the Village Square center.

Coming from the north side of Tierrasanta, Santo Rd to Clairemont Mesa Blvd and onto I-15 south works the same way.
