What it costs
- Purified water: 70¢ a gallon
- Alkaline water (pH 9–9.5): $1.50 a gallon
A 5-gallon jug of purified water is $3.50, and a 5-gallon jug of alkaline water is $7.50.
How a refill works
- Bring your jugs. Any clean, food-grade jug from 1 to 5 gallons works. Don't have one? We sell BPA-free and glass jugs, caps, pumps and countertop dispensers.
- Rinse at our bottle cleaning station. Rinse and sanitize your used jugs right in the store before you fill.
- Fill up. Fill it yourself, or we'll fill it for you.
- Pay and go. Pay at the counter, or load a prepay card so you can skip cash on every visit.
After 5 p.m. or on Sunday? Use the 24-hour machine
Our vending machine outside the store runs 24 hours a day for both purified and alkaline water. It takes $1 and $5 bills plus quarters, dimes and nickels. It's cash only: no $10 or $20 bills, no pennies, and no credit cards or Apple Pay.
Which water should I get?
Most people pick alkaline water for drinking and purified water for coffee, tea and cooking. Here's a side-by-side comparison to help you decide.
